Episcopal 101, October 5, 12, 19, 26, 7 pm

Have you ever wondered what we believe as Episcopalians? Or how decisions are made and who has authority to make them? What do we believe about the Bible and its interpretation? Who are the “Anglicans”? Do you have a question you would like answered? Or are you simply curious about this tradition of ours?

If so, then the first formation offering of the year is for you. On October 5, 12, 19, and 26 Episcopal 101 is being offered. This group will look at the history of the Episcopal Church (Henry VII’s divorce, the Church of England, etc.), how the church is structured, and how decisions are made. This group is open to everyone, but is required for people preparing for Confirmation and Reception at the Bishop’s Visitation on October 29.
